Second Chapter gives your empty LITOTES vessel a life beyond the last flicker.

  • Read.

    Choose your Litotes aroma, open a book and let our fragrance provide the atmosphere for every chapter.

  • Burn.

    Burn your candle to its last flicker, the final half inch of wax.

  • Return.

    Bring your empty vessel back to us. Receive a reward. Begin again.

HOW IT WORKS

Finish your candle

Burn your full-size 12 oz LITOTES candle to its last flicker, the final half inch of wax. Allow the vessel to cool completely before handling.

Clean the vessel

Remove any remaining wax and allow the vessel to dry fully. Bring it clean and empty to any participating drop-off location.

Drop it off and receive your reward

Hand your vessel to a LITOTES team member at any qualifying pop-up or market event. Receive your credit toward your next full-size candle purchase on the spot.

    Return any clean, empty full-size LITOTES vessel and receive $5 toward your next full-size candle purchase — redeemable in person, the same day.

  • Member Reward

    LITeratti members receive an enhanced $7 credit (one of the many benefits of belonging to our literary community).

ELIGIBLE VESSELS

Full-size candle vessels only (12 OZ)

Second Chapter accepts 12-oz full-size LITOTES candle vessels exclusively. Travel tins, mini candles, gift sets, and wax melt containers are not part of this program. One vessel return per transaction.

  • RESPONSIBLY RECYCLED

    Vessels that cannot be repurposed are recycled responsibly. A returned vessel is never used to produce a new LITOTES candle.

  • CANDLE-MAKING CLASSES

    Selected vessels are given new life in candle-making classes, tools for creativity and community rather than waste.
